Last week I was at HAM RADIO 2022 in Friedrichshafen.
Here is a short photo report. Although my license dates back to 1992, this was my first time there, and I must say that, despite the post-pandemic forecasts, there was a big crowd from the very first day, Friday. Having been appointed "Ambassador" of the Marconi Club, I met many associations, saw old acquaintances again and made new friends.
Interest in Morse code is still high, and not only among the "old guard": I was really pleased to be stopped a couple of times by people who recognised the Marconi Club logo on my T-shirt!
I visited the stands of many associations (ARI, ARRL, DARC, CDXC, IARC, MRASZ, REF, AGCW, UFT, HRS, USKA) and when I asked them to share information about the Marconi Club with their members, everyone was happy to help.
We hope to meet new members soon!
