The MARCONI CLUB A.R.I. Loano was well-founded on May 8th 1988 by Libero I1YXN and Baldur DJ6SI. The purpose of Club is to gather ideally all OM that use telegraphy mode in their radio contacts. They were called "Marconista" in honour of Guglielmo Marconi. First President and founder of "Marconi Club" was Marquise Maria Cristina MARCONI (Marconi's wife died on July 15th 1994).

Il MARCONI CLUB A.R.I.Loano, fondato l’ 8 Maggio 1988 da Libero I1YXN e Baldur DJ6SI, ha lo scopo di riunire idealmente tutti gli OM che usano la telegrafia nei loro collegamenti radio. Essi furono chiamati " MARCONISTI " in onore di Guglielmo Marconi.  Primo Presidente e fondatrice del "Marconi Club" fu la Marchesa Maria Cristina MARCONI, moglie di Guglielmo Marconi, mancata il 15 Luglio 1994.
